I installed the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to extend the downspouts to properly direct water away from the foundation. Also, cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your house.
