Hi, good morning, it was nice seeing you today. Today I completed the premium pest service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs from the exterior to reduce spider activity. The rodent bait stations in the garage showed no signs of activity. The exterior rodent bait stations all showed heavy activity. I put fresh bait in all the stations. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation and along the siding to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
