Good morning, my name is Ryan and it was good to see you again! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first checking the termite monitors and finding no activity at this time. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait stations that both showed heavy feeding activity, but I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent. I then knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. I also knocked down two wasps nest on the back eaves on the deck. I gave you want gel ant bait arena to put on the kitchen counter to help combat the issue. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation, windowsills and eaves of the homes.
