Good afternoon, my name is Ryan and it was very nice to meet you all! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service inspecting for any termite activity and none was found at this time. I did however install 4 termite monitors on the exterior to be checked every service. Next, I inspected the basement and did notice older droppings in the heater room and laundry room by the closed crawl space. I added a mouse bait station in the heater room and one on foundation line by crawl space door. I then checked under the sink and removed the old bait station in there! I did notice droppings and added another mouse bait station under the sink. I recommend sealing up the holes from the pipes to help prevent rodent entry. In the attic I noticed older droppings in the two panel doors, so I added two mouse bait stations in the bigger one and one in the smaller room.
