Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I inspected all bait stations and found moderate feeding throughout the interior. The bait in the main garage area had no activity, the utility room showed light feeding. The exterior bait showed light feeding as well and I replaced all bait. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation and around doors and windows. I also swept away the spider webs I found outside. I installed termite monitors along the perimeter as well. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect. If any new pest issues come up, please call for an appointment.
