Hello. Today I completed your pest initial service. Upon inspecting your property, I noticed a gap around the pipe coming through the crawlspace. I also noticed a large hole of sentiment behind the water heater that could be possible transit points for rodents. I recommend getting them sealed. I installed two termite monitors at both ends of the home. I installed one exterior bait station four interior bait stations, one of the basement by the back wall, two in the kitchen, one behind the drawer of the oven, one under the sink, and one in the exterior crawlspace in the backyard. I sprayed the interior baseboards of the basement and the exterior foundation with a liquid non-repellent solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests.
