Good morning. My name is Mark Ray. Today I performed a regularly scheduled quarterly service. I replenished the bait in all of your rodent and mouse bait stations. The exterior rodent stations were completely empty. All interior stations evidenced no activity, except the one over top of the basement door in the sill plate, which was completely empty. I also installed an additional mouse bait station in the storage room on the floor under the table. Due to the rain today, I did not spray your exterior. I will schedule that for within the next few days. I did not notice any other issues today. Please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results.
