Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for various insects found in your new home, I treated the basement with a liquid residual application that will take care of the roaches, and various other insects being seen in basement and in house. Glue boards were also placed throughout basement and attic for control & monitoring purposes. Another liquid treatment was applied around the exterior, and around the deck for carpenter bees. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and paper wasp nests on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were placed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. Per finding an old mouse station in the basement I did place an updated mouse station under the stairs in basement and one in the attic. I also placed a larger station on the exterior behind the AC unit. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. Please c
