First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement, first floor and second floor along the baseboards as a preventative for all general pest. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of carpenter ant issues were noticed during today's service but I applied a treatmentatound the base of all trees were activity was noticed. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I installed 4 exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite every visit moving forward.
