Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays target issue is with mice and carpenter ant activity. I started off inspecting the first basement. I saw a dead mouse on a snap trap. All other traps had no activity. I placed rodent bait stations along the silk plate to help with mice control. I then inspected the kitchen. I observed mice droppings under the cabinet sink. I placed a station in there as well. No other issues in the kitchen at this time. I then headed to the guest house basement. I saw mice droppings in the crawlspace. I placed station in the crawlspace. I also placed station on the sill plate on the top left corner. On the exterior, no termites at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every visit. You had (3) rodent bait stations already on property that we will be able to use. I refilled all bait stations. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help co
