Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s visit was for general pest maintenance. I started off inspecting the basement. You mentioned seeing cobwebs in the basement. I didn’t see any insect or other pest activity at this time. I placed glue boards around the perimeter of the basement to help us monitor any pest activity. The existing bait stations I inspected and replaced the existing bait. I also inspected and replenished the bait stations inside the garage. One of the stations had feeding. All bait was replenished. No other interior issues at this time. On the exterior, I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I did install termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will monitor these every quarterly visit. By request, I removed all your existing exterior rodent bait stations. I added two stations on the property. One on the right corner of the home, and one at the back left corner of the home.
