Anthony is a very caring tech. He understood how much this problem was a dilemma and a nitemare for us, as we never experienced this kind of problem before. He assured us he will get rid of the problem no matter what. He is kind, considerate, listens to your concerns and informs you what he will do. Then lets you know at end of treatment all the areas he concentrated on. I am very happy with his explanation of treament he completed and assured me the problem will get solved.
