Good afternoon Mary. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is rat and mice prevention. I started off inspecting and replenishing all exterior bait stations. All stations had heavy feeding. I then added a bait station on the right and left side of the home. I then replenished the bait stations by the shed. I added a bait station inside the crawlspace as well. No other issues to report. I then inspected for termites. No termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home which we will inspect every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation.
