Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service.I inspected the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I inspected the room in which you trapped a rat and I found how it got out of. The house with the hole is too big for us to do anything about it. You need a contractor to seal that hole up. I installed 2 extra bait stations for rodent activity. I highly recommend having the grass cut and the leaves removed from under the deck as this is a conducive condition for mouse and rat activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
