Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You showed me a picture of an insect for identification purposes. It was a sewer fly. You just had a clog removed. There may be some leftover organic material that the plumber may have to come back out and clean as it could cause more sewer flies. If you see an uptick in them, we can treat it to reduce the activity but the plumber would have to clean the pipes. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any activity or possible entry points. None were found at this time.
