Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your areas of concern, I didn’t find any termite activity but some areas of carpenter bee activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home, under rear deck, around bar area, and rear shed, for seasonal insects. With our focus being under front window, and under rear bar area where bees are nesting. Another treatment was applied sparingly in the basement by entry points. Glue boards were placed in unfinished areas for monitoring purposes. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and a paper wasp nest on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. Per the presence of older rodent stations, I did place a large rodent station on one side of home to monitor any small rodent activity.
