Today I completed your Sentricon termite service and inspection. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your areas of concern, in daughter’s bedroom and basement, only termite damage was found on basement sill, and it was inactive(see pic). I did install 13 Sentricon HD termite stations around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, since the termite swarm happened in the upstairs bedroom, and has happened there before, I recommend removing a baseboard or trim around the window to just to make sure there is no visible termite activity around that area and/or any leaks from that window perhaps.
