Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. Ant activity observed along foundation on the right side of home. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows, porch and deck targeting ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations on the right side showing minimal activity and at the back of the driveway showing heavy activity. I replenished stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I recommend removing all overgrowth growing up the side of the home. This can provide pests with a way to bypass treatments and gain access to different parts of your home. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
