Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. Outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed two rodent bait stations on either side of the home and placed 2 mouse bait stations in the garage. Inside the home I placed mouse bait stations in the attic, basement, and kitchen. I treated the basement for invading pests like springtails, spiders, and centipedes. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
