I put five small rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the walkable area of the attic to help monitor and control rodent activity. The exterior rodent bait stations showed moderate activity, I replaced with fresh bait. I moved one rodent bait station underneath the deck behind the steps. The rodent bait stations in the garage showed no signs of activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests.
