Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from home. I also inspected remaining termite monitoring stations showing no activity and I replaced missing stations. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations on left side of home behind AC units showing minimal activity. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests trying to enter this time of year.
