Hello it was nice speaking with you. Today was your quarterly service. I checked all glue boards and found no to light activity. I replaced all glue boards with new ones. I added a roach bait station under the sink in the bathroom. I also applied a liquid treatment to the interior baseboards where activity was scene. Outside, I checked the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. You also mentioned carpenter bees by your shed. I found burrowing holes and applied an aerosol treatment.
