Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed any visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and light fixtures. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations on the right side and in the back of the home. Both stations were empty so I replenished them with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows and eaves. Targeting any general pests trying to enter this time of year. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend trimming back all vegetation, at least one foot off of the home.
