Good morning it was nice meeting both of you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior of the house, including garage, living room, bedroom, and attic. In the attic, copper mesh was used to block a hole leading to the outside, and a small hole in the floor. During my exterior inspection, we noticed and fixed a couple small foundation penetrations that mice could use. I also placed a large bait station on the corner of the house to help control the mice. The last thing I did was place four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are designed to help us monitor for termite activity.
