Today was my first service visit with Green Pests. Mark (technician) was knowledgeable, thorough and respectful when treating my home. He even wore those floor protectors on his shoes which I greatly appreciated since we had rain last night. At the end of the visit, Mark explained exactly what he had done - both inside and outside - so that I was aware of the extent of this initial treatment. He really did go above and beyond - it can be nearly impossible to find this level of customer service nowadays. Thank you, Mark - I look forward to us working together to keep my home pest free!
