Henry came out for our quarterly service. He knocked to let me know he was here before checking some old nests he’d sprayed last quarter, refilling traps combing the house for spiderwebs and spraying. Once he was finished he knocked again to let me k ow what he found and what he’d done. Like his colleague last quarter, the service was thorough, excellent and provided with a smile.
