Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations all showing minimal activity. I replenished stations with fresh bait as needed to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests trying to enter this time of year.
