Hi, good morning, sorry I missed you today. Today I completed the quarterly service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. The exterior rodent bait stations showed no activity. I replaced the bait in the stations and repositioned them to be right against the foundation of the house as this is an effective position for luring mice. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
