Good afternoon. Today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity or damage. Set up termite monitors on the corners of the house. Removed ant webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter of the house and detached garage with a liquid residual for mainly ants as well as general pests. On the interior i treated the basement rafters as well as the bedrooms with a liquid residual and baited the windows with a gel ant bait. Please allow a few days for products to be effective.
