On today’s visit, I placed 4 termite monitors around the house (no activity at this time). I then placed 2 mouse bait stations in attic; and did not notice much activity besides one or two droppings. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I added 2 exterior rodent bait stations to control the population from outside. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home and supplied two ant bait stations to place out where you see activity. The treatment for the ants is a systemic treatment which requires time to eliminate a colony. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect.
