Today I completed your Sentricon termite bait station installation. After an inspection of crawlspaces, basement and the exterior, no active termites was found today. But termite damage was found in both crawlspaces(sills, under front porch especially), (see pics attached to account) and older damage in basement ceiling in joists/subfloor. 14 Sentricon termite baited stations were installed around the exterior of apt building. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. We will schedule a service call in the spring to inspect the existing termite damage to see if any interior action is needed at that time.
