Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected the three exterior termite monitors and there were no signs of termite activity found during today’s visit, but I replaced the cartridges in each station and added an additional termite monitor to have a total of four.
