Good afternoon Doug. It was nice to meet you and your wife. Today I completed your complete 1 termite survey treatment plan. Upon arrival you mentioned ants as the main issue. Carpenter ants to be exact. I inspected the deck and determined you had termite swarmers on your grill on your deck. This is an indicator there is a colony on the property. I made a phone call to the office and we got a follow up set up to treat for termites. I then inspected all rooms in question for ants. I applied gel bait in cracks and crevices in all bedrooms, kitchen, attic office space. I placed an ant bait arena in the attic office space and along the kitchen window ledge. Feel free to move the station wherever you see ant activity. On the exterior, the existing bait station had no bait. I have the key to that station. I refilled the bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I recommend moving the fire wood and the wood in the back of the house
