I inspected the interior exterior and found no visible signs of termite activity. However, I did find several exterior entry points into the home. I sealed most of the entry points with copper mesh to help mitigate rodent entry. I placed two exterior bait stations to mitigate the rodent population. I placed five interior bait stations, one in the laundry room, and four in the basement along the sale plate to control the mouse population. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
