Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your pest control. Initial service. Boxelder bugs were reported in the basement and around the exterior. I treated the basement with a liquid residual for Boxelder bugs, spiders and general insect control. During the treatment I inspected for termites activity as well as possible entry points and found no termite activity at this time. There are some potential entry points on the bilco area. They can be filled with expanding foam to aid in keeping pests out of the building. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I removed two very small wasp nest and a mud wasp nest on the porch. I treated the exterior of the building around the windows, doors, cracks, crevices and the soffits were treated for the box elder bugs. I also treated the exterior of the buildings foundation with a liquid residual for the control of ants and seasonal insects. Tenants may see an increase in activity before decreases. Please allow 14
