Good afternoon. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is ants and mice. I started off in the basement. I saw mice droppings in the unfinished rooms in the basement. I refilled all existing rodent bait stations. I also added rodent bait stations along the sill plates in the unfinished rooms. No other issues to report. In the garage, the existing bait stations had no activity at this time. I updated the stations with our seasonal bait. On the exterior, I added a bait station on the left side of the home near the drain spout. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corner of the home. I didn’t find any evidence of termites at this time. Since there is an overhang covering the foundation, I was able to apply a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ant activity. I am setting up a follow up to treat around the pool for ants, and also treat the exterior of the shed for carpenter bees. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our product
