Good afternoon I completed your initial inspection today. I started by identifying the high activity areas. These include the back porch downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, and the kitchen. In the kitchen, I placed multiple drops of gel bait around the window. I also placed an ant bait station on the countertop. In the downstairs and upstairs bathroom, I placed a drop of ant gel in the corners. I also placed ant gel by the windowsills in the woodworking area and the basement area. On the exterior inspection, I found several highways of ants moving on the front of the house and on the rear of the house. Both of these areas were spot treated with a liquid residual for ants. Please allow at least two weeks for the treatment full effect. The last thing I did was to install four termite monitors on the corners of the house, these are to help us identify future termite activity.
