Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected the interior and exterior for evidence of termites and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitoring stations around the exterior of the home. I also placed a large rodent bait station on the exterior next to the garage door. On the interior, I applied a liquid repellent solution throughout the basement and garage targeting crickets and spiders. I scattered some granular bait for crickets throughout the inaccessible areas of the garage as well. I also placed gel bait for ants in the kitchen and bathroom where they were found trailing. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I was unable to perform liquid treatment on the exterior today due to the rain, but we will return on a day with better weather to do so.
