Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing minimal activity. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests.
