Hello, today I completed your initial service. I found heavy ant activity outside on the back patio. I placed ant gel bait in this area as well as in the bathroom. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior perimeter along the foundation. I also treated the interior along the baseboards. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I also placed a rodent bait station in the garage. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect. If any new pest issues come up, please call for an appointment.
