Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. I checked the rodent bait stations that were in the basement and the bait was totally eaten. I refilled them so that we can monitor for continued activity. I placed ant gel bait in the kitchen and at the exterior where I found ants trailing towards the house. I applied liquid treatments to the baseboards and along the foundation. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior as well. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect. If any new pest issues come up, please call for an appointment.
