Good morning Catherine, my name is Ryan and today I completed your quarterly pest service. First, I checked termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I then knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and they all showed moderate feeding activity, but I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills.
