Good afternoon Keith, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting the basement. I did notice earwig activity and spiderwebs crickets, so I added glue boards around the foundation on the basement. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the general invader pests around the basement and interior baseboards throughout the home. I also added two mouse bait stations on the foundation line in the basement to help combat the rodents. No termite activity was observed on the interior or exterior of the home. I did install four termite monitors to be checked at every service. There was a gap in the pipes leading into the basement out front that I recommend sealing up to prevent rodent entry. Next, I added 3 exterior rodent bait stations loaded with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. I recommend cutting the brush and vegetation back at least 12 inches to get a better foundational spray and preven
