Hi, good morning, it was nice seeing you today. I completed the quarterly service. I applied a non-repellent solutions throughout the basement and another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. The rodent bait stations in the garage showed no signs of activity. The exterior rodent bait station showed light activity, I replaced with fresh bait. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
