Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your initial premium plus pest inspection. Ant activity observed trailing along exterior wall through gap in window seal into kitchen. No visible termite activity observed interior or exterior of home. I removed visible cobwebs within reach, mud dauber nests and paper wasps nests. I installed four termite monitoring stations on corners around home. Two exterior rodent bait stations placed on right side of garage doors and behind AC unit under deck. I added ant gel bait on branches outside of kitchen window where ants were trailing to help prevent activity inside. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims, window trims and under deck. This is targeting ants, spiders and wasps. I applied a similar solution along baseboards in the kitchen, unfinished section of basement and exterior deck including window trims.
