Good afternoon Tim. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We inspected the exterior of the home to address your concerns of wasp activity. We did remove two very fresh small paper wasp nests from the soffits area. We treated those areas and along the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control these and other surface crawling insects. We also placed two exterior rodent bait stations around the home to help control and monitor any rodent activity. We inspected the interior to find some carpenter ant activity in the basement in the bilko door stairwell. We treated with a residual insecticide to help control these carpenter ants. We also placed two mouse bait stations, one in the basement at the entry to the crawlspace and one in the garage, to help monitoring control any rodent activity. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity. We will install four termite monitors around the corners of the home on your first qua
