First, we treated the basement and garage with a liquid residual insecticide to help control, spider activity, along with checking the glue board monitoring devices to find no activity in those. Then we inspected the exterior of your home and refresh the bait in the exterior rodent bait station due to some moisture damage. Next we treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. We did check the termite monitoring devices, which showed no activity and replaced two that were missing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect.
