Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for any evidence of termites and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also placed three mouse bait stations in the attic for rodent control. I treated throughout the interior of the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a liquid residual targeting ants. I added five ant bait stations with gel and granular bait to both kitchens, the pantry, and the upstairs bedroom as well. On the exterior, I inspected for any gaps and stuffed those I could with copper mesh to prevent rodent entry. I added a large rodent bait station to the rear of the house as well. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I was unable to perform a liquid application on the exterior today due to the rain, but we will return on a day with better weather to do so.
