I applied a non-repellent solution around the baseboards of the living room and kitchen and then another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. I left an ant bait station on the kitchen counter to monitor and control ant activity. I removed a large amount of cobwebs around the exterior to reduce spider activity. I put fresh bait into the exterior rodent bait stations that were already on the property and move them near the back door and near the HVAC unit. I put a new exterior rodent bait station in the front behind a bush. I put fresh bait into a rodent bait station in the garage. I added two more rodent bait stations in the garage, one on each side of the garage door. I put two rodent bait stations in the detached, shed front and back. I installed four termite monitors around the perimeter of the house, we will inspect these every
