I inspected the interior and exterior for any possible termite damage or activity and found none at this time. I also inspected the interior and exterior for possible rodent entry points or activity and also found none at this time. I placed 4 mouse bait stations in the basement in the left corner of the utility room, the closet under the stairs, and one in each closet on the sill plates on the left side. I treated the bald faced hornet’s nest with a non repellent treatment. I will contact the office to schedule a one week follow up to remove the nest. I also placed a large bait station under the deck on the right side of the house. I also applied a non repellent treatment to the exterior foundation targeting ants, spiders and other general pests.
